I was there to get a clean up all around without messing up the length my mom had taken me for my graduation or whatever she told him that he can lift my hair so that way he doesn’t have to cut any length when cutting he then decided it’s ok to cut most of the back of my hair without even asking if it was ok to making my whole hair style look weird the rest he did good I’ll give credit for that my edges are clean and my front is no longer messed up but I am safe to say that I’m not coming back here.

Luis V is An amazing barber who really takes his time with each cut and pays attention to every detail. Makes sure you leave looking clean and satisfied every time. Great atmosphere, professional service, and you can tell he truly cares about his work. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here even thought I walked into some drama. A little back story I tried to set up an appointment with Marcos. I communicated with Marcos can I come 4/7/2026. Marcos DID NOT confirm with me if over text or call if that time was good. So as I book with a different barber Luis at the same shop on Booksy everything was confirmed and set with him. (I did see Marco on Booksy as well but due to him not responding to my messages in text I did not book on Booksy) fast forward to the day of the appointment an unknown number texted me about an appointment. I think it’s Luis texting me about my appointment not knowing who it is and as I’m driving I’m just responding as if it it Luis. Mentioning I’m coming to my appointment and my appointment time.
I eventually walk into the shop and Marcos starts questioning me asking me if I’m a cousin of one of his regulars I said yes. I then sit down in Luis chair and he walks up to me and puts his phone in his face telling me you book with me. I then tell him no I didn’t I asked you if I can come on 4/7/2026 @ 10:30pm and I told him you did not confirm after I ask him to “let me know”. And I even showed him on his own phone that I said “let me know” He then walks off after betting to call me out and trying to embarrass me.
Like I said the place is great from my experience with Luis he did an amazing job with the cut and is very detailed and cool. He even gave me a call to apologize for actions taken and to check if I was good after the situation. So I appreciate that
But Marcos you gotta come correct and better. you got mad at me because you an og that don’t know or don’t like responding back to customers through text. That’s fine, that’s cool. But I didn’t have your Booksy at the time. But there Should be no reason for you to be up in my face questioning me about something YOU couldn’t solidify and me pointing it out to you on your own phone. For you to try to embarrass me.
And I still have this 4 stars cause how well and professional Luis was

Yuni was very professional and made me feel welcome and at home. The barbershop is amazing too very Christian Oriented with worship music and Bible verses around the whole shop. Will come back soon!

I messaged them on Instagram to book a cut, but they never even replied on there. Now I would of called that day but was super busy, so I called the next day and scheduled a cut 3 days in advance because they were so booked. The cut still wasn’t that bad, but maybe make it easier to book one.

First time bringing my son here, and I am very impressed. The service is great and the space is very professional and clean. They made us feel welcome and tended to us immediately .. since its back to school weekend they also had some things for the kids which was amazing. Bounce house, hotdogs and popcorn, goodie bags, and some supplies. even the kids who weren’t getting their hair cut got to have a good time and receive goodies. Not only that - I absolutely loved my son’s haircut !!

Such an amazing experience to be inside this barbershop. The barbers are kind and friendly. They are christian’s so they don’t curse like other barbershops. They talk about good and safe things. This barbershop is to be honest the best one in haines city area maybe even in florida. It was so amazing that I got a nice and fresh haircut just how I wanted it. I loved it!

Luis is the absolute man when it comes to beards, line ups and even works around my work hours and squeezes me in and has even stayed late a few times. One of the few times I would say 10/10. Environment is relaxing and friendly. Definitely feels like you’re hanging out and not just a customer. Hit my man up it’s worth it.
